When I was nineteen, I put all of my details into My Fitness Pal, got my 1200 or 1300 calorie allowance then cried my eyes out for four hours because the large double whopper meal I’d had for lunch exceeded them. That didn’t even include the creaming milkshake or McDonald’s I’d had for dier.

behind-the-curtains:Day 1:Only ate Sushi with my friend. It is a monthly ritual. Still, 1300kcal. Have to workout more on the weekend!But I haven’t eat anything else that day, nothing at the bakery I work at, nothing at home. I used to eat there too, on sushi days.My friend was shocked when I told her I waa lose at least 20kg. She thought I weigh only 60, but no, this mornibg it were 73.Not the best but also not the worst day!
