i don’t even remember the last time i ate something and didn’t think about how fat it would make me..
Only ate Sushi with my friend. It is a monthly ritual. Still, 1300kcal.
Have to workout more on the weekend!
But I haven’t eat anything else that day, nothing at the bakery I work at, nothing at home. I used to eat there too, on sushi days.
My friend was shocked when I told her I waa lose at least 20kg. She thought I weigh only 60, but no, this mornibg it were 73.
Not the best but also not the worst day!
